The consultation manager was very kind. The director wasn’t the glamorous Instagram-style person from other reviews; he looked tired and low-energy. That said, he wasn’t rude or unpleasant, but he was a bit lacking in sincerity. The manager added extra explanations to what the director said, and the whole thing took 45 minutes. The director’s consultation went by quickly, and I ended up talking a lot with the manager. Since they didn’t even take a CT scan, the 11,000 won consultation fee felt a little wasteful. I was disappointed in the director, but the manager was so, so kind that I liked it, and thanks to the manager I even thought about getting surgery, but I’m putting it on hold for now. The price is steep for a first surgery...
