After consulting with the manager and doctor, I liked it and paid the deposit and was filling out the paperwork. While asking a few questions to the staff member helping with the forms, I felt something was off and asked them to call the manager again. They said she was eating lunch, which I understood. But while we were talking, they spoke to me in an irritated tone, which really soured my mood. I said I'd come back another time, and they just kept the reservation and sent me home. I had already paid the deposit, so of course the manager should have contacted me to schedule the next consultation or surgery date. When I contacted them through the hospital's KakaoTalk consultation channel and asked the manager to get in touch, they said the manager was busy and I should tell them instead, and they would pass it on. I needed to communicate with the manager first, but after paying the deposit I couldn't see or contact her, so how could I possibly have surgery there? When I said I wanted to cancel, they said the manager had finished work for today and would contact me tomorrow.
