There are so many patients at the hospital that even if you make a reservation, you have to wait a long time, and the staff all look overwhelmed. The director isn't especially kind, but they spoke bluntly and professionally about the necessary parts, which I actually liked. Scheduling the procedure also takes a long time, so if you can get a consultation appointment, it's probably best to go thinking you'll get the procedure done right away too..
