I went for a consultation, but other hospitals had said revision surgery wasn't necessary, yet here I still booked an appointment just in case and went anyway. The atmosphere was definitely like they wanted to push surgery no matter what. And the wait was way too long. If that's the case, why even make an appointment time.. The front desk staff were rude.
