I went in asking about double eyelids. Because the doctor was in surgery, the consultation started 30 minutes later than my scheduled time, and the manager didn’t really say anything about it, so I was just thinking, what is this? But the director was so, so kind and took the time to explain everything, so a lot of the annoyance I had started with was eased.
