The director explained things kindly and well, and I trust them. Still, I’m not letting my guard down and am looking into other places too .. As expected, there’s no answer but to keep going in person. It’s my first surgery, so I’m so, so worried and can only keep agonizing over it, but in general they explained things in a way that cleared things up, so I’ve at least got a direction now.
