Here they recommend partial incision in almost all cases, and the younger you are, the more likely that is. I had it done in my early 20s, and although I had a lot of eyelid fat, I had partial incision and inner corner surgery. Over time, the double eyelid became so natural that I eventually had revision surgery, but I’m satisfied. The inner corner surgery was also done well. I liked that the doctor never pushed anything too much.
