There was absolutely no waiting at all, which was great because I could go in right away, and the consultation manager was very kind too. Also, the director had a very friendly feeling unlike other clinics. They even joked around and held the consultation in a very good atmosphere! In the end I decided to have the surgery at another clinic, but I seriously considered doing it here too.
