The doctor explains in very careful detail from the process of how double eyelid surgery is done. And while measuring my eyes with a ruler, they explained each thing carefully one by one. They made multiple options and explained things like the side effects of each one, so it felt like I was the one choosing?? They explained everything one by one, and I even learned characteristics of my eyes that I didn't know myself, which was nice.
