I went for a lower eyelid fat repositioning consultation, but the director didn't come out and the consultation manager came instead, diagnosing everything everywhere like a doctor.. I was so taken aback that I asked whether it's normal for the manager to do the diagnosis, and whether the director should be the one to look at it and decide. She said that because she has done many surgeries with the director, her diagnosis is almost the same as the director's.. She said their director focuses on surgery so can't spend that long on consultations, so I ended up talking almost only with the manager.
