They were kind!! The doctor also had a good impression, and they kept smiling while consulting, so I didn't get that stiff, doctor-like feeling. I remember them listening to everything I wanted and giving kind advice. In the end I chose another hospital, but the doctor's kindness was the best and left the biggest impression on me.
