First of all, you need to go in prepared for a long wait. The facilities are very clean because the place hasn't been open for long, and the staff, consultants, and employees were all kind. I also filled out the pre-op documents, and everything was systematic and the service was good overall. However, during the doctor consultation, the doctor seemed very busy, so it was disappointing that I couldn't get to ask much.
