It was way too expensive, and they recommended a forehead lift, which I'd never heard anyone else mention before, but apparently they recommended it to other people too. They also brought up ptosis, which I'd never heard of before either, and when I said, 'Me?', they seemed unsure and checked with an older, rude manager. I left right away~~
