The kindness of the staff, the doctor, and the price were all satisfying, but it was too different from the surgical direction I wanted, and I felt like I wouldn't get a pretty nose relative to the amount I was investing, so I kept thinking about it. They clearly said they couldn't do surgeries they weren't good at. The discussion kept leaning toward inserting as much silicone as possible. They seemed to prefer implants over no implant, even though the result would still be natural.
