I came for a consultation because I have a short nose and exposed nostrils, which were a complex for me. They recommended alar reduction and said they would not use the septum, but ear cartilage instead. They said that to reduce the size of the nostrils, alar reduction is necessary, so including that cost, it was on the high side; without alar reduction, it seemed about average. If you want a glamorous nose, this seems like a fit.
