It is hard to get follow-up and consultation appointments with the director; It seems to be a one-doctor clinic + maybe they don't have many staff, I don't know, but replies on KakaoTalk, phone contact, and so on are difficult. There was a time I didn't receive a reply for a month. 3. They blatantly gave false information, saying it was a violation of medical law for a guardian to come to the follow-up. There were so many things I couldn't understand that when I said the guardian should come together and hear the follow-up, they kept insisting it would be a medical law violation and that it would become the clinic's responsibility, so it couldn't be done. After checking with a lawyer, when I strongly replied, they said, "Director, I'm just passing along what the director said." I lost trust because of the false guidance, and the aftercare was also the worst. It was also the most expensive clinic. ---middle content omitted--- I argued with the clinic. After telling them I had no intention of seeing them for A/S or follow-up, I demanded a full refund and an apology from the staff who had told me it was a medical law violation. After that, the overall manager? department head? whom I had never met before, asked whether we could settle with half refund + his apology as the overall person in charge and I received an apology (the staff apology would involve internal management, having them write a report on the circumstances, and so on ~blah blah if they suddenly leave during a bad economy, it would be hard for the clinic to operate, and so on. A full refund would mean the director is admitting that his surgery was wrong, so it can't be done, and he suggested trying to coordinate a half refund, and so on.. ) It ended in refusal. Lower eyelid repositioning is definitely not a simple surgery. So please look into many places and be very careful when deciding on surgery, and if something goes wrong, choose a clinic with strong responsibility and good aftercare. I hope there are no more victims even after paying for it.
