The facilities, aftercare, and staff kindness were all absolutely great. I first had a consultation with the manager, then a few days later with the director. The manager was straightforward and nailed the key points, while the director was kind, seemed nice, and had a friendly atmosphere, but the explanation was so easy to understand that(?) I'm torn between here and another hospital where the director used a lot of technical terms
