I couldn’t consult with the director. The manager consulted with me, used examples from surgeries they had done themselves to explain things, and was very, very kind. I wanted to get the procedure done in Incheon, so I visited all the somewhat known clinics there, and this one was the friendliest. It was also the cheapest of them all... I didn’t make a reservation because I wanted to go somewhere a bit bigger, but it seemed fine for a consultation
