Nasal wing lowering material - ear cartilage, postauricular dermis Bridge - silicone, AlloDerm Tip - autologous costal cartilage (AlloDerm) I went for a consultation because they have stem cell treatment They said my nose isn't contracted badly enough to need stem cell treatment, so I don't really need it (they do recommend it for people who actually need that treatment, but for me they said it isn't really necessary.) The parts that bother me can be corrected, but the pinched part can only be corrected slightly, they said They said nasal wing lowering is definitely necessary. They warned me absolutely not to lower only the tip without lowering the nostrils. That would make the nostrils look even more prominent and make the nose look older.
