I had both dimples done, and the staff were just average in friendliness, but the doctor in charge talked to me a lot and was good! It hasn't been that long since I had the procedure, so it's still hard to judge my satisfaction, but so far it hasn't come undone and it's holding up well~ The price was cheap too
