This was the first place I went for a consultation after deciding to have plastic surgery, so I worried a lot about what questions to ask and was nervous, but the director kindly explained everything and answered all the questions I asked kindly too. After that, I also had a consultation with the head manager, and she was kind as well, so I liked it.
