It was my first surgery, and hmm, after having it done here I'm now considering revision surgery for the fourth time. The consultation with the doctor was just setting the line 5 minutes before going into surgery and then going straight in, and I talked with the manager for longer. The facility itself was truly top-notch, but the staff's friendliness lacked smiles.
