A fairly large and famous hospital in Ulsan. There are several doctors. I got a quote a few years ago and it seemed fine because they didn't push anything too much. It didn't suit my style, and I didn't actually have double eyelid surgery, so I didn't go through with it. If you meet the right doctor, it seems like it could be fine.
