I had a forehead lift. Honestly, it didn’t turn out that great. But it didn’t ruin anything either. The surgeon explains things really well and is very kind. But the thing that made me really, really angry while going to this clinic was that the manager is absolutely the worst. No matter what you ask, the manager answers like AI. Doesn’t seem to know anything, and doesn’t seem willing to answer either... At other places, I could have just communicated with the manager and been done, but here I always have to visit and ask the surgeon directly.. The manager is just like Bixby.. Other patients here said the exact same thing too;
