I liked that the director explained various things directly. I still haven't fully convinced myself whether autologous dermis is the surgery I can do, so it makes me think more and keep deliberating. My consultation with the manager was not bad, and I was surprised that one person has been in the manager position at the same place for such a long time. The consultation and explanations were good.
