The hospital was clean, so my first impression was good, but the director was sharp. Her tone was polite, but if I asked twice because I didn’t understand, it felt like she got annoyed. The doctor explained everything carefully and step by step, and even if I explained things badly, it felt like she understood me perfectly and explained it back. I got consultations at a lot of places, but this one had a good overall balance, and the downside was that the things other clinics would include as service felt more like fixed-price items here, so compared with other hospitals the price was high. Also, the before-and-after changes in the reviews were pretty small, so I’m a bit torn.
