I am a patient who had surgery there 4 years ago when Dr. Reart was there. Honestly, the result was below expectations. I thought it was just me, but after looking at reviews from this community, it turns out I was not alone. They said they would fix it to the bone during the outer-corner surgery, but the sutures used for fixation are clearly visible through the skin, and scar tissue formed too. I did not get the feeling that the doctor was very skilled at surgery. I do not recommend it.
