I had surgery a year ago, and even though my lower face was short, I also had a double chin even when I was thin. The muscle-binding corrected my complex, and I wanted to end up looking like a patterned clay figurine, but I guess my bone structure just couldn’t do that. Still, I was quite satisfied with the surgery, and the mint thread lifting that was recommended along with it was disappointing and I do not recommend it. I had it done by someone who wasn’t the main director, but I don’t remember who.
