The doctor explained everything professionally and thoroughly, and if I actively asked about anything I was curious about, he answered well, and he was kind. The counter staff were also kind. But the common complaint here is that the consultation manager was lol pretty terrible ;; When I didn't make a same-day reservation, they just turned away and sent me out right away, and that was when I lost interest. I think kindness is the priority in sales and customer service.
