Because my skin is thin, he recommended buttock dermis for the bridge, and decided to make the tip with ear cartilage. He said I wouldn't need costal cartilage. He drew it out in photos while explaining how much the height of the nose would be adjusted. The consultation was good because it was clean and to the point, without unnecessary extras.
