From the moment I first went in, they stood up and greeted me politely, and the explanation was so calm that it went straight into my ears. They didn't use difficult words, and when I said I could ask more questions, they told me to ask anything and were really kind. And because they had experience in Seoul, they also talked about their experience there, which made me trust them quite a lot. If I have surgery, I'll probably do it here...!
