They recommended epicanthoplasty, but I didn't do it and only had incisional eye correction. It's been a month and it looks natural, and like the doctor said, it does feel like I could have done the epicanthoplasty too If you want a natural result, I recommend it. I had even had exposure keratitis, but my asymmetry was severe so I got eye correction. Now both eyes match and I don't have dry eye, so the eye correction was a success.
