This is a review of a surgery from a really long time ago, back in 2006 (it was Oh Young-hwan Plastic Surgery at the time). They’re still operating, haha. I had hump nose surgery (fracture) and ear cartilage added to the tip of my nose. Back then there were standard noses and aristocratic noses, and I chose the aristocratic nose. I went to several clinics for consultations at the time, and the doctors all had different surgical methods, but this place felt the most nose-specialized. Other clinics usually said they had to insert thin silicone (because my bridge wasn’t low, but there was a chance it could become uneven), but here they said silicone wasn’t necessary, and they corrected not only the hump nose but also the width of the nose just right. I was so satisfied with the surgery result that I kept taking side-profile photos for a while, but as time passed after the surgery, the sleek upturned nose I had right after surgery gradually softened so that the angle from the middle to the tip sagged a little naturally. It feels like it sagged just a bit in a way that suited my age, so I’m satisfied.
