If you get a retouch within 6 months, there's a 50% discount, and I had the non-incisional procedure and it's held up pretty well for over a year now. I remember going by appointment and waiting over an hour and a half The staff even came to the waiting room several times to say how sorry they were and kept apologizing But I was embarrassed because I could hear the director laughing and talking with an acquaintance in the next room. The director was kind when I got the procedure, and the staff were kind too. If you ignore the waiting time, it was a perfect clinic..^^
