I remember saying I came after seeing their blog, and they got angry and told me not to talk about the blog... On the blog they seemed extremely professional and like they cared about patients, but when I actually met them, they were prickly, got angry easily, and gave the impression that they only picked easy patients for surgery. It was a long time ago, so I don't know if they're still like that.
