I had made a consultation reservation before and visited the clinic. Even though there were quite a few people, I didn't wait very long. The people at the front desk and the manager were kind, and during the consultation with the director, they showed me before-and-after photos and explained everything honestly and in detail, which made me trust this clinic. I haven't had any procedures yet, but I'm thinking positively about it.
