I had been worried about my double chin and the fat along my facial line, so I visited on a recommendation from an acquaintance. First of all, I liked that there were no stitches to remove. I didn’t have to come back to the hospital to have stitches taken out, and the surgery time was less than an hour. I was back to daily life from the very next day (the surgery site had a patch like DuoDERM on it). The doctor wasn’t especially kind or warm. They clearly said what could not be done, and something that at other hospitals had been quoted very expensively, including muscle binding, they told me only suction was needed. Since my facial bone structure itself has a small chin, they honestly said it wouldn’t have a dramatic effect, which I appreciated. I had already done a lot of small procedures for my double chin before.. This is the surgery I regret not doing sooner, the one I regret most,,, On my small, round face, it is the surgery I think was the best..!!
