I visited because of sudden nasal inflammation and pain. I found out that I had had a lot of nose surgeries at another hospital in the past, and they had not gone well. The director was cool and a bit stern, but he clearly told me what was wrong and what was needed. He advised that I didn’t need to have surgery with him, and that I should get consultations elsewhere too and have a revision as soon as possible without delaying too much. I went there without much information, just vaguely, and thanks to the director's honesty I looked up the clinic later and found out it specializes in liposuction and breasts, so I don’t plan to have surgery at this clinic. Still, thanks to them I discovered the seriousness of contracture and inflammation early. On the other hand, the manager was kind, but they had a lot of TMI about surgical methods and materials compared to the director. There’s a saying to avoid clinics where the manager does the consultation, but I think I talked to the manager longer than to the director. Still, they were kind. But in the clinic, there was a file of handwritten surgery reviews on display, and as I flipped through it, the people, surgical areas, ages, and everything were different, but I noticed a lot of similar handwriting, so I didn’t really trust the reviews. When I visited, there were no young people, mostly women around my mother’s age.
