They looked at me kindly without being overbearing, and there was no pressure at all. Everything was good. They didn't even charge a consultation fee, and still gave me a serious consultation for about 30 minutes. If you're worried about surgery, I think it's worth getting a consultation at least once. The head coordinators are kind too.
