I only wanted to bind the double chin muscle, but they recommended liposuction, and they said it had to be tied with thread, so I even had that done. I wasn't expecting much, so it didn't completely disappear, but roughly I'm satisfied. The doctor was full of confidence, and seems to have skill worthy of that confidence. Even if they told me to do it again, I think I would. The surgery hurt.
