The consultation starts with the manager, and overall they only ask about the style you want, while the doctor is the one who shapes the line. The doctor prefers natural-looking eyes, and he shaped the line so naturally that it felt like my original eyes. He said an inner-epicanthoplasty wasn't necessary, and that if I went with an out-line it could make the impression look too greasy. He recommended in-out eye correction with a low line and said I didn't need anything else, and if he had to recommend something else, it would be lower canthoplasty. He recommended only what was natural and absolutely necessary, which put me at ease. The manager was very kind, and my eyes were so pretty that I had a very strong urge to ask where I had them done.
