The consultation wait wasn't very long. I first talked with the manager, then met the director, but he was in the middle of surgery, so I had to wait a bit. Maybe he was busy, because he talked really fast. I think there were parts I didn't understand.. Still, whenever I asked a question, he answered kindly, and I could feel his professionalism in the answers. I was conflicted about the surgical method, so he showed me case photos while explaining it. In the final consultation with the manager, they explained the surgical method with drawings and also checked the reservation for the day I wanted the surgery.
