After making a reservation, I waited about an hour until the consultation. The director looked extremely busy. The consultation was more about explaining the director's surgical method than analyzing the shape of my nose or anything like that, and when it came to the nose shape I wanted, I had to keep asking questions before I could get answers. They said they don't use silicone and only do the surgery where ear cartilage is placed only at the tip of the nose, but personally it doesn't seem like a fit for me, so I'm going to look at other options too.
