Just as rumored, the director was aloof and firm.. I wasn’t expecting him to be kind, but he absolutely did not create an atmosphere where I could ask questions comfortably.. He was so adamant that he would not operate on my nose unless silicone was used that it killed my willingness to keep consulting.. I had gone to quite a few consultations, and they all recommended no implant, but Mint was the only one talking about silicone, which surprised me.. I went because I was drawn to the extremely conservative and safety-first approach, but it didn’t suit me, so I passed
