I went for a plastic surgery consultation, but the doctor was in surgery and couldn't consult. I only consulted with the director, and the director even handled the design... isn't the design supposed to be done by the doctor?? After the director consultation, when I asked about seeing the doctor, they said I would have to wait until the end, so I just didn't wait.
