I went to get a consultation for removal surgery. The doctor stood up and greeted me, and was kind. I really liked that they just talked about the facts and didn't force surgery or recommend unnecessary procedures. The staff were kind, but the phone reception was a little disappointing. There was no pressure to make a reservation. I was satisfied with the hospital facilities, and I liked that they had CCTV too. I haven't decided on a removal clinic yet, but this hospital is on my list.

They consult in a very detailed and professional way. The staff were also so kind that I could consult comfortably. The doctor’s top priority was safety. I thought that if I had surgery here, at least the risk would be reduced.

I liked that they explained exactly what they could and could not do. They predicted the nose tip shape and said I could go back to my original nose, which felt honest and good. I get the feeling they’ll do a very neat job removing it.
