First of all, the facility is so clean and tidy, I was very satisfied with the hygiene. Also, the consultation manager explained things neatly and minimally, while showing plenty of cases, so it was easy to compare them with my own face. The doctor also took enough time to explain and showed before-and-after photos through cases, so I felt reassured. And the surgeries are done only two days a week, in the morning and afternoon, and there is only one director, which I liked.
