I had a consultation for nose revision surgery, and the doctor told me clearly what could and couldn't be done and seemed to be speaking realistically. I didn't end up having surgery, but I keep thinking it would have been nice if I had done it here. The consultation manager was extremely kind and felt like an older sister, which was nice.
