The clinic seems really busy. While I was waiting a bit for my consultation, I saw about 7 surgery and consultation patients, and the doctor kept seeing patients nonstop. I think a busy, lively clinic has both pros and cons. The surgery explanation was very basic. It was neither easy nor hard to understand, kind of in a fuzzy, in-between way.
