First of all, I went there expecting natural results and because it was a single-doctor clinic. The doctor was kind and definitely pursued naturalness differently from other clinics. My bridge is low, and they recommended no implant, but instead advised osteotomy on the bridge and alar reduction!! But because it's a revision surgery, I also wanted something a bit more noticeable, and the price was higher than other clinics, so I hesitated.
